Welcome to MALT's website.
MALT stands for "Mountain Ale and Lager Tasters" which is a homebrewing club located in Asheville, North Carolina, USA. This is what we do:
- Educate novice and experienced members to further their brewing knowledge.
- Support the American Homebrewers Association and Beer Judge Certification Program.
- Organize and sponsor the "Blue Ridge Brew Off" and keep it fun for all participants.
- Hold regular meetings where members share tastes of beers and meads they've brewed.
- Tour local and regional breweries and host responsible tasting events.
- Support CBoY, CMBoY and CMMoY and the sponsoring clubs in North & South Carolina.
- Host "Brew Ins" where club members brew together.

Announcing Pisgah Pro-Am
 The Pisgah Organic Pro-Am 2009 Homebrew Competition
Pisgah's first Pro-Am competition is closed. No more registrations. You may still sign up to judge though. For more information visit their site or the competition site (hosted by MALT).

Opening day for on-line registration. Also the first day for receiving entries at Pisgah Brewing with fee check and recipes.

Closing day for on-line registration (11:00 pm). Also the last day for receiving entries at Pisgah Brewing with fee check and recipes.

|
The Pisgah Organic Pro-Am competition. The competition concludes with an awards ceremony and hand out of score sheets.
